An unconventional climate change organization

Changing the conversation.

You don’t want to talk politics and neither do we. By finding common ground, we aim to steer the conversation away from politics so that we can focus on what really matters.

Promoting green initiatives.

We’re focused on creating tangible change at the hyper-local level by promoting and sponsoring green initiatives. Small changes will add up in the fight against climate change.

Protecting vulnerable ecosystems.

Saving our slopes doesn’t just mean protecting the sports we love. Decreased snow cover effects local water supply and can damage crop cycles. There’s so much at stake here.

Supporting local economies in the places we love to ski.

From mom and pop ski shops to your favorite après hang, the locally owned and operated places at the heart of ski towns won’t be able to weather the financial impacts of climate change the way corporations can.

We’re not your average climate change organization.

We’re 100% nonpartisan - we will never ask you to vote for one candidate over another, or to leave things in the hands of politicians. We understand that in order to move the dial, we need to change the conversation around climate change. That’s why we’ve banded together to focus on the things that really matter, because we care deeply about what’s at stake.

We’re starting small in the places where the snow on our slopes is the most at risk. Instead of viewing climate change as an insurmountable global issue, we’re taking it hyper-local, and keeping in mind that while collective action is important, we all have the power as individuals to make a difference through the actions we take and the choices we make. Because many small actions will add up in the fight against climate change.

We’re a coalition of people working together because of a shared love for our slopes. Together we can make a difference and keep skiing alive on the east coast for future generations of skiers and riders.
